How pay works
Paid up front. Paid again on the back end.
You're paid up front on every sale you make. The rest is paid on the back end — checks at the end of October and the end of January — once your accounts have seasoned.
Upfront pay is an advance on your commission. You earn your full commission as your accounts prove out, which is why the quality of what you sell matters as much as the quantity.
